LGBTQ+ Seminar

On June 22nd, 2024 from 1pm to 4pm Valhalla Krav Maga will be hosting a self-defense seminar for the LGBTQ+ community. Allies are welcome. We will cover basic striking, self-defense, avoidance, third-party protection, and multiple attacker scenarios. 


This seminar will be lead by Instructors Maria and Emily. All genders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
